I'm finally starting to feel a bit more alive after the weekend- I had far too little sleep and finally feel like I am functioning properly .
Sunday evening me (about 5 ish) and Chris went for a quite drink with friends thinking we would only be out for an hour or two- I didn't get hone until nearly midnight! So Monday at work was a bit if a drain .
I spent all morning basically shouting at a very arrogant doctor- I pretty much ran his theatre list opening all his results (after an hour of constantly telling him he was on the wrong programme and entering the wrong data) and prompting his every move (I pretty much told him what referrals he should do and placed the paperwork in his hands) just so I could end the list and have some lunch! Its very important to understand that this is not my normal job usually I'm chatting to the patient and the doctors have to do all the paperwork but it was painful to watch him and I was too worried he would miss things if I wasn't looking over his shoulder the whole time; don't worry the patients were safe and happy and everything is at the right standard it just meant a lot more work. But in the pm a different consultant complemented me on my work (my note taking is absolutely amazing, and I discharge patients second to none in my clinics) and complemented my hair :)

I can't seem to take off my Flatform leopard shoes (they're just so comfortable and cool) andand this faux leather Gilet is literally on my back nearly all the time . I'm really starting to like the look of it underneath denim or other jackets (I'm probably the only person who has yet to try the over-the-jacket look) and a super easy way to add on an extra layer of warmth. I picked this jacket back in the beginning of November (but had to wait until Christmas or my parents to give it to me) as such it's no longer available :( But I can express how similar these gilets are! This gilet from Topshop is almost the perfect match, this gilet from Boohoo is extremely close too, and this grey studded gilet from River Island is a cool take.
This is what I wore Sunday evening- me and Chris decided to see what our photography skills were like in poor lighting and we have a lot to learn . Has any one got any tips for night time outfit posts?
P.S. In regards to the title- I'm not a Catholic girl but I did go to a Catholic secondary school. Some of it had clearly rubbed off on me but it's up to you if that's a good or bad thing. That and I love Alanis Morissette (who doesn't?)
